Chalet and Apartment Owners
Please note that this section is intended for chalet and apartment owners only:
Mountain Magic Châtel is happy to be able to offer, to the owners of chalets and apartments in
and around Châtel, a convenient ‘management service’.
Being full-time residents of Châtel makes us ideally suited to keep a constant eye on your
precious properties and, depending on the service chosen, includes, at the very least a weekly
chalet check.
What we offer: Summer.
Basic package:

• Clearing of snow from paths before you arrive |
Full Service:

| • Weekly chalet checking (including the inside) |
| • Key holding |
| • Opening (and closing) of Chalet before you/guests arrive
(including turning water and hot water boiler on and off, opening and closing
shutters, turning on fridge,..etc) |
| • Garden maintenance |
| • As well as turning the heaters on and off inside the chalet |
| • Clearing of snow from paths before you arrive |
We can also provide you with the other following additional services as and when needed:
| • Chalet cleaning |
| • Laundry of linen |
| • Ski suit washing with waterproofing soap (if you leave your ski suits at the house) |
| • Obligatory chimney sweeping. (done in September/October) |
| • Wood ordering and stacking. |
| • Flower planting (cost of flowers/plants/trees, compost and labour quoted separately) |
| • Necessary odd jobs (leaking pipes,…etc) done |
| • Installation (recommended) and servicing of fire extinguishers |
And of course…
We’re always happy to provide our ‘catering services’ to the owners as well as assisting
with any special request. Let us know if your visit coincides with a special birthday or
anniversary, for instance, and let us assist you with the celebrations by providing cakes,
decorations or even flowers and Champagne.
Terms and conditions:

We ‘contract’ with you for a 6 month period (summer/winter) but for consistency and
continuity we would suggest this be extended to yearly |

Costs are calculated per chalet and depend on the size of chalet/apartment, its garden,
outbuildings,..etc, and the amount of services required |

We expect payment of the basic quoted ‘management fee’ at the beginning of summer/
winter (May and November respectively). Any additional services (wood ordering, chimney
sweeping,..etc will be billed as and when needed) |

NO additional work will be undertaken on your behalf without a quote being supplied
and accepted, by email. |
