Booking

To book with us you can either:

or better still fill out the online booking form providing us with…

• The dates you are considering,
• How many people in your group,
• The type of accommodation you’d prefer (chalet/apartment),
• Your catering option (fully catered, self-catered),
• Depending on the season, any other requirements (ski or Bike hire, ski passes, etc),
• Then we can set about creating a personalized package to suit you.

Once we’ve given you an initial quote, and confirmed with the owners that their chalet is available, you have 3 days to confirm the booking with a minimal ‘Administration fee’ (as stipulated on our quote)

We will then, within the month, require you to pay the entire ‘chalet rental’ portion of the quote, usually in Pounds (£) directly to the owner whose chalet or apartment you will be using.

(This portion is not refundable should you cancel)

The balance, the ‘cost of catering and ski passes’ (excluding your ski hire, which you will pay directly to the hire shop when you return your skis, and any additional items) will then need to be paid in full, 6 weeks before the day of your arrival in Châtel.

50% of this amount is refundable up to 2 week before your arrival in Châtel should you need to cancel

Exceptions

Prices will change if your requirements change.

We have tried to include all costs but any additions/changes WILL need to be charged for separately (depending on their nature) and need to be paid for, in cash (Euros) before your departure.

Specific payment amounts and timing of payments will be specified on each quote, but timings can vary from the above depending on the time between your bookings and your arrival in Châtel

Administration fee: within 3 days to Mountain Magic Châtel

Accommodation confirmation payment: within 1 month to specified owner in pounds (£) Balance (excluding equipment hire and extras): 6 weeks before arrival to Mountain Magic Châtel

IMPORTANT NOTE: None of our prices include travel insurance so please arrange your own prior to your arrival in Châtel.
